As Vice President of Engineering and Design, a lovely father, and an enthusiastic learner. Jose holds over three decades of experience as well as an ever-growing pool of knowledge. His expertise and his wide array of design, engineering, and construction knowledge serve to be the heart of the company. As an overseer of corporate engineering, he is responsible for strategic planning, product design, quality assurance, and problem resolution. Reliability is a must for Jose, who ensures that his team can execute product design to meet company objectives and develop systems and controls to ensure compliance with quality standards.
