What Happens Next?
After we have a thorough understanding of your commercial project, we present a formal proposal for you. You will get a summery what you will need to achiever your goals, the services we provide to get you there, and how much your project will cost to design.
Once you approve of the proposal we present a formal contract breaking down the scope of work and the initial retainer. After that the rest is history. We start getting your commercial project ready for permit approval.
