FEASIBILITY STUDIES

What is a feasibility study?

Feasibility studies are a series of early studies done in the first stages of a project in order to assess whether a construction of a project is possible to be built.

If there is some conflict and skepticism regarding a proposed project in terms of development, a feasibility study may be required.

Make sure your project is safe to build.

Feasibility studies include but not limited to:

  • Determination of any site information

  • Contamination studies

  • Availability of desired services and programs

  • Environmental impact

  • Analysis of human accommodation and potential options

  • Analysis of operational  and maintenance issues

Identify viable options.

Why feasibility study?

Before any project is built, a designer or contractor must utilize a feasibility study in order to understand technical information about your project and site so that your project gets built properly.

Before any government authority can permit a project to be built, the site must be analyzed in order to make sure your project is safe to be built and meet code regulations. Otherwise, the project gets sent back to the drawing table, making valuable time and effort lost in vain.
